Environment friendly dry carpet cleaning product consisting of millions of absorbent particles that act like a natural sponge. this soft natural organic compound works much in the same way as an ordinary kitchen sponge. Just like you would use a sponge to wipe up a spill or to wash and absorb dirt from a worktop or car. Host sponges are used to clean and absorb dirt from your carpet. With Host sponges you see them change in the colour as they clean, leaving your carpet fresh, fragrant, and dry.

Ready to use dry carpet cleaner for use on dry stains and dry soil only- recommended for use on a variety of synthetic and natural fibre carpets including wool, sisal, and seagrass. Non-abrasive natural dry carpet cleaning formula, fully biodegradable, safe for the environment.

Host Sponges dry carpet cleaning compound can also be used to help absorb emergency spills such as milk, red wine, and fizzy drinks. One bag will be sufficient to spot cleaning a large room or approximately 20 square meters of carpet.

Host dry carpet cleaner can be applied by hand, doesn’t require a machine for small areas, and can simple be hand brushed through the carpet or rug to release ingrained soiling, spots, and spills.

Cleaning Instructions Simply sprinkle a small quantity of Host dry carpet cleaner onto a dry stain or dry soil, gently brush-in with a medium to soft bristle brush, and vacuum to remove soil laden particles of dry carpet cleaner. Repeat method above on any residual soiling. Pre-test in an inconspicuous area before cleaning sensitive carpets.

The product is slightly moist to help release ingrained soil and staining. For best results work on a small area at a time using only a small amount of product.

Four easy steps to a fresh clean carpet…..

  1. Begin by pre-vacuuming, for best results use an upright vacuum cleaner
  2. Apply one handful of dry carpet cleaner to a few square yards of carpet
  3. Brush gently (soft to medium hand brush) north to south and east to west direction
  4. Vacuum thoroughly to remove soil-laden particles of dry cleaning compound

If an area requires more cleaning, repeat steps 2 and 3 or consider pre-treatment using Host Pre-Clean.
