How to use Host Sponges Dry Extraction Cleaner in four easy steps….

  1. Begin by pre-vacuuming, for best results use an upright vacuum cleaner
  2. Apply one handful of Host dry carpet cleaner to a few square yards of carpet
  3. Machine brush in a north to south and east to west direction
  4. Vacuum thoroughly to remove soil-laden particles of dry cleaning compound

If an area requires more cleaning, repeat steps 2 and 3 or consider pre-treatment using Host PREP® Heavy Duty Traffic Lane Cleaner. For stubborn marks and stains use a dab of Host Spot Remover.

Storage: After use tightly replace the lid to form an air-tight seal, keep away from direct sunlight

Works well with all good quality CRB (Contra Rotating Brush) machines, such as Host, Liberator, Freestyle, Reliant and ecofloorcare TM4 / Pro35 / TM3.

Environment friendly product consisting of millions of absorbent particles that act like a natural sponge. Designed to simply brush through the carpet and wipe away soil, spots and spills.

Ready to use organic dry carpet cleaning compound – highly recommended for use on a variety of synthetic and natural fibre carpets including wool, sisal, and seagrass. Soft (non-abrasive) natural dry carpet cleaning formula, fully biodegradable and safe for the environment.

Special instructions for sisal, seagrass, natural carpets, and rugs: we recommend pre-testing a small inconspicuous area before cleaning, do not allow product to remain on the carpet for long periods – maximum two mins. Simply sprinkle a small amount of eco dry carpet cleaner onto the soiled area, gently agitate using a soft bristle brush (avoid excessive brushing), vacuum clean to remove soil-laden particles – repeat process on any residual soiling not removed during the first application. Product may cause discolouration or bleaching on hypersensitive natural carpets and rugs – including string wool, sisal, and seagrass.
